About the Item

Whimsical Menorah for Hanukkah. A beautiful piece that is all handcrafted with Solid Sterling Silver in Israel with fine yemenite workmanship that was created 100’s of years ago. The Yemenite filigree technique is all hand done, and still practiced well in Israel by only a few professional artisans. The menorah has beautiful abstract scrollwork along the arch reaching to the shamash on top. hanging below the arch is the star of David as well as many silver beads for ensuring the charisma. The base is elaborately hand done with all the lovely filigree technique and on top is placed the eight- holders for the recommended oil candles, (do not use wax). The Menorah must be used with oil and not wax candles in order to eliminate harsh cleaning to the piece. The menorah is raised about 1” inch off the table with a beautiful detailed pedestal. This piece is sure to make a statement for the holidays and will be used throughout the years with the family. It will be passed down as the family heirloom for generations because of the precious and everlasting metal and fine craftsmanship. This menorah is very hassle free and can used with wax candles and foil. This piece also does not require much cleaning. This beautiful collection of pieces do not turn dark due to the antiqued patina. Do not wet the piece if you do not have too, use a dry silver cloth to ensure the remaining shine.
