About the Item

Large sideboard from the 1960s–1970s, in the French Louis XVI style. The piece is crafted from wood with a beautiful flamed mahogany veneer, characterised by a warm reddish-brown colour and a lively wood grain. The sideboard has a symmetrical design with rounded ends, several cabinet doors and drawers. The front features moulded panels, fluting and brass details. The piece rests on slender, tapered legs with brass bases and is crowned by a light-coloured marble top. The design is inspired by the 18th-century French neoclassical furniture tradition. The piece is in good condition. The locks are working properly. There are slight signs of wear on the legs. Dimensions: 249L x 98H x 56D
