About the Item

Striking architectural table lamp attributed to the renowned Nessen Studio, crafted in richly figured black marble with elegant white veining and accented by warm brass details. The lamp’s sculptural rectilinear form exemplifies the refined modernist aesthetic associated with high-end American design during the late 1960s and 1970s. #5394 Its clean geometric silhouette and monolithic presence evoke the timeless sophistication of Walter von Nessen’s influential lighting designs, blending Bauhaus-inspired restraint with luxurious natural materials. The polished marble body possesses exceptional visual depth and weight, allowing the piece to function equally as sculpture and illumination. A versatile statement piece ideal for Mid-Century Modern, Hollywood Regency, Minimalist, or contemporary interiors. Beautifully scaled for use on a console, credenza, bedside table, or executive desk.
