A cast Brass and Nickel wall sconce is cast in Brass and Nickel in a palace-inspired architectural sconce form — The piece renders Mughal palace architectural ornament as a cast metal wall sconce. Works equally as wall sconce, wall light, wall fixture, or accent sconce. The casting captures architectural detail — arch, cornice, and foliate elements — in a compact wall fixture. The Brass and Nickel combination produces a warm, layered metallic surface. The form integrates naturally into Art Deco, Hollywood Regency, and Contemporary interiors. The cast Brass and Nickel surface carries the architectural ornament of the sconce in precise relief. The two metals read at slightly different tones — Brass warm, Nickel cooler — creating a subtle layering within the casting. When lit, the fixture projects light upward and outward, with the cast ornament visible in the reflected light. The Palace Sconce is cast in Brass and Nickel. The casting captures architectural ornament — palace arch forms, foliate details, and cornice elements — in a compact wall-mounted light fixture. Each piece is hand-finished after casting. Produced in Rajasthan by foundry workshops specializing in architectural casting. Customization is at the heart of what we do. Custom sizes, finishes, and bespoke designs are available upon request. Whether you are working from a sketch, technical drawing, reference image, or an initial concept, our team would be delighted to collaborate with you and help bring your vision to life. Made to order, each piece may show slight variations that are a natural result of handmade cast-metal production. The patina surface will develop and settle over time — deepening in tone and mellowing in character as the piece ages. This natural evolution is part of what makes cast metal distinctive, and should be expected. The images shown in this listing may be photographed in different lighting conditions or may include illustrations representing the available patina options. We warmly encourage customers to request a sample to experience the finish, weight, and surface quality firsthand before placing an order. Cast bronze and cast metal pieces can be gently cleaned with a soft dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, solvents, or wire brushes on patinated surfaces, as these will strip the patina. A light application of clear furniture wax or microcrystalline wax will help protect the surface and slow further patina development. The surface can be re-polished by a metalsmith if a brighter finish is desired at any point. Natural casting variation — slight differences in surface texture, minor shrinkage marks, and variation in patina uniformity — are inherent to the sand-casting and lost-wax processes and are not considered defects. Each cast piece is individually finished by hand and represents a unique interpretation of the original design.
