About the Item

Step back in time with this beautiful, solid copper verdigris lantern, a true testament to timeless craftsmanship. This piece is not merely a light source; it's a piece of funky art , With its striking verdigris patina, a highly sought-after finish on copper, this lantern exudes a rustic charm that complements both traditional and modern decors. This lantern is a vintage piece, likely dating from the mid-20th century. Its construction speaks to a period when items were built with durability and aesthetics in mind , giving each lantern a unique, one-of-a-kind character. The entire body of the lantern is made from solid copper, ensuring its longevity and resistance to the elements. The verdigris finish not only adds to its beauty but also serves as a protective layer against corrosion. Seeded Acrylic Panels: The lantern features acrylic panels, a modern and safer alternative to glass. These panels have a beautiful, bubbly texture, reminiscent of vintage glass, that diffuses the light to create a soft, inviting glow. This also makes the lantern more durable and shatter-proof, perfect for outdoor use. The lantern is equipped with a new, high-quality B&P Lamp® Keyless Porcelain ON/Off Socket ,This socket is rated for 660W-250V, meaning it can safely handle a wide range of bulb wattages up to 660 watts. This gives you the flexibility to choose the perfect brightness for your space. This lantern is more than just a light fixture; it's an investment in quality and style. Its solid copper construction guarantees it will last a lifetime, and the beautiful verdigris finish will only grow more beautiful with time. The combination of vintage aesthetics and modern components makes this lantern a perfect blend of old and new. Don't miss this opportunity to own a piece of history that will illuminate your space and become a cherished part of your home for years to come.
