A pair of bent chairs with a decorative seat, manufactured by Thonet Mundus around 1935. Model number 13. After wood renovation.

These are a near pair and the table tops are restored. Both are stamped THONET. Lit: Peter W. Ellenberg: Gebrüder Thonet.

Rare surface finish - imitation of palisander wood. Solid and compact. With a pleasant patine of age, perfectly cleaned and re-polished with shellac.
