The artist -- whose initialed the painting "JP" -- uses a polished form of cubism to capture the scene, very much in the spirit of Josephine Baker and her band of musicians.

Both have printed marks to the base and one with initials JP for Jack Price. In good condition.

Stamped: 'L'Atelier Dieulefit' with initials 'JP'. More personal pieces bear the initials.

The other is a fantasy chinoiserie landscape. Both are initialed JP and dated 1778. The gouache images measure 9.75" H x 6.75" W.

This is a fantastic Cubist original wood sculpture, likely American, signed with initials JP. We have not yet identified the artist, but obviously a well trained sculptor.
