About the Item

A pair of planters in the shape of beautiful swans, made of concrete, from the first quarter of the 20th century. The pieces exhibit a beautiful patina typical of the period and their natural aging outdoors. Originally, the heads were polychrome, and traces of this can be seen on the swan's beak, which is black. The figures are exquisitely crafted; the gracefully curved neck of the swan exudes a sense of both grace and strength, possessing great aesthetic beauty and imbued with a romantic aura that transports us back in time for our personal enjoyment. The base is perforated for water drainage. These elegant pieces bring warmth, charm, and visual richness to any space, suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, in gardens or verandas. With a simple moss arrangement, these planters are highly decorative and possess a refined Provençal character.
